This has been my dish since I was a kid! I haven’t made it in a long while but today I am. I add what I feel to it & it’s always a bit different but this is the basics. Brings me back to crisp weather and good old craft sale season where there was always a hamburger soup to be had 🤍

I woke up this morning feeling grateful.
I had a beautiful evening with a group of ladies last night and was it ever nice to just get out and be around like minded people.
The workshop was an introduction to mediumship. I’m not sure yet if my journey is to be a medium but I do know I learned a lot of tools that I would love to incorporate into my everyday life & reflexology. I think it will just help ground & protect myself more and who knows what will come of it but I’m trying to open myself up to endless possibilities 🤍

Joyful soul- is just the sweetest woman and I am so happy our paths crossed when they did.
