FOREST BATHING🌲is a wonderful integrative medicine strategy for improving health & getting grounded. Get near green space to enjoy the health benefits of breathing in PHYTOCIDES from green growth.

It's the 4th week of the #GetGrounded challenge that I launched 3 weeks ago, and this week I will be focusing on and sharing integrative medicine for mental health strategies to #GetGrounded with Nature 🌱

My favourite meditation turned into art 💖

Yesterday I got lost in creation for 2 hours making this. I used to make things all the time when I was young, but I allowed the business of life to cut me off from creative play for a long time.

Recently, I was journaling about my vision for my future & the things my future self believes.

My future self is a Mother, Daughter, Partner, Friend, Founder & CEO, Therapist, Healer, Coach, Author, Educator, Speaker, Course Creator, Oracle/Affirmation/therapeutic deck creator, YouTuber, Content Creator. She delivers high level trainings to organization, corporations, and school. She travels all over the world to speak, run workshops, seminars, and retreats. She partners with charities and organizations that she strongly believes in and that are doing amazing things to serve the world. She has created products that she sells like guided meditations, hypnosis, books, and courses. She reinvents her wealth into future generations and amazing causes because she is and has more than enough.

When I wrote this stuff down, it truly hit me the role that creativity is going to have to play in my life to manifest my most fulfilling vision for the future.

When I asked myself what my future self had to belief to manifest this life, some of the beliefs sounded like this:
- Creativity is worthwhile
- There is immense value in creativity
- When I allow myself to take time to be creative, it returns value back to me for the rest of my life.
- Everything I create increases my competence, confidence, value, wealth, wisdom, professionalism, and ability to give back.
- Everything I create serves the highest wellbeing of all; helps the world; helps people heal & develop important skills that they need to be their best selves and serve the world.
- Creating brings me joy and allows me to bring powerful tools and ideas to the world.
- Creating offers me long term sustainable products that can bring me income to fund my life, goals, visions, dreams, and causes that are important to me.
- I can easily invest my time in creation

Today is the official launch of the #GetGrounded challenge!

Grounding is something I've struggled with a lot in my life. I spent much of my early life dissociated from my body. Over the past 6 years I've been on a hunt to learn the most effective ways to back into my body, to honour and to nourish it, and to help others do the same. I often say that our biggest pain points hold our greatest gifts of service and grounding is one of mine. Getting back into my body was my own version of a healers initiation. I'm living proof that this is a skill that can be cultivated with practice and that it's something that must be worked at every. single. day.

Over the next 4 weeks I'm going to be sharing my favourite tips and strategies and all you need to know to #GetGrounded into your body 💚

BECOME A MAGNET FOR YOUR DESIRES 🧲 Manifesting 101

✔Decide what you want

Consciously select your desired outcome from the field of pure potential.

✔Hold the picture in your mind

As you hold the picture in your mind (& heart) that represents what you want, imagine floating down into the body of the you that exists in the desired outcome and see what you will see, hear what you will hear, smell what you will smell, taste what you will taste. Embody the posture that this version of you is taking. Notice what she/he has done to get to that place, and who she/he has BECOME in the process. BECOME more of this version of you every day.

✔Connect with gratitude

Ignite in your heart the gratitude you feel for having co-created your desired outcome. Really FEEL it! You can sit in the feeling of gratitude or you can even do some future self journaling as through the thing has already happened. Ex. "I'm so excited/happy/grateful now that _________ (desired outcome)." Write a journal entry from the day in the life of the you who has co-created your desired outcome. FEEL ALL THE FEELS (especially gratitude). Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership. It energetically lines you up to receive the things for which you are already grateful.

✔Take aligned action

Know that whatever you desire is a possibility for you. Once you proclaim your desire, you will be given clues about how to get there. Notice the next step you're guided to take. FOLLOW THEM. THIS STEP IS CRUCIAL. Continue to take the actions aligned with your desired outcome throughout the process of manifesting.

✔Surrender

Once you've linked up your thoughts, feelings, and actions with your desired outcome, there will come a time when you must surrender the details, the how, and the when to the universe. Loosen your grip and let go of the desire so you allow yourself to receive. This helps to balance the aligned action (masculine energy/yang) with allowing & receiving (feminine energy/yin) so that you don't choke the life out of your dreams with the tight excessive grip of force. Balance of acting and allowing creates the flow necessary to allow the desired outcome to arise.
