Are you overwhelmed with baby carrier choices?
Almost every carrier in the market promises a great babywearing journey, this is an issue as many carriers are not ergonomic or comfortable for parent and child . However, if you know how to keep your baby safe and supported and want to achieve complete comfort while wearing, then this workshop will help you use and choose the right carrier.
On February 28th at 10am, Family Routes will be hosting our first Baby Wearing workshop with Ingrid Gayle!
Ingrid is the founder of Helina Baby, is a certified nutritional practitioner, personal trainer and babywearing educator. Her classes are interactive and hands-on so that you can confidently understand how to keep your baby safe and how to support your baby’s development while carrying.

Early experiences with our primary caregivers teach us what to expect throughout life.

HOW DO I GET SOME? 😴
This is the number one question that I’m asked. My short answer is:
Prioritize sleep for yourself and your child. Work consistency with a schedule, routine and sleep when that baby sleeps! Go to bed early if your baby is up feeding in the night, give responsibility to your partner to help with early evening feeds to bank some extra zzz’s!
