From soothing Swedish massage techniques to targeted therapeutic techniques, every session is designed with your well-being in mind. All treatments are within the Scope of Practice with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario).

✨ What to Expect:

A peaceful, serene atmosphere to unwind
Highly skilled and a compassionate therapist
A focus on your individual needs and goals - this will include specific orthopedic testing with possible home care exercises
A welcoming environment from the moment you step through the door

I am excited to have you in my space and can’t wait to help you feel your best!
