Ryan Keeping from HRM is running across Canada to raise money for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. He started at the beginning of April and has already run across Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and is now in Quebec. He is usually running 75 km or more a day. Amazing!
