The best Testosterone Boosters
Testosterone levels are essential for gaining & maintaining lean muscle mass
Testosterone is the number one factor when it comes to building lean muscle mass and living a healthy sex life. It cannot be emphasized enough, how important it is for you to maintain optimal levels of this male sex hormone. From the age of about 30 you will start to notice a gradual decline in your strength and muscle mass. A loss in your libido is also common as your natural testosterone secretion starts to decrease.

This however is not just restricted to older men. Athletes & younger men with low Testosterone will also find it difficult to progress in developing the size & strength results they want.
As you know, testosterone is the master hormone your body cannot live without. Literally. Having healthy testosterone levels is just as important as having a fully functioning immune system.
Low-T is linked to several lethal diseases such as diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, heart disease and other conditions like depression, high blood pressure, and more… In men, testosterone is thought to regulate sex drive, bone mass, fat distribution, muscle mass, and strength, and the production of red blood cells and sperm.”

Whatever your relationship situation, it’s important to work on things–always. Think of it as like a job or a talent. If you don’t practice and give it time and effort, it’s not going to get better. You must commit to making the relationship stronger, and if you do, you will feel the benefits.

Work on communication. Communication is the number one issue couples complain about. “He never talks to me.” “She won’t stop saying no to me.” The truth is communication is the most important thing we can work on, and we all need some work when it comes to communicating effectively. Most of us have no idea how to communicate what we need, how to ask for help, or how to just express things in ways our partner will actually hear. You can start by simply talking about your day. Tell your partner about your “highs” and “lows” of the day. Be vulnerable and share your fears. Be brave and share how much you missed them all day long. Just talk–about the big stuff, and the little. This builds the positive side of your relationship and protects you when the tougher times come. Then, learn how to argue fairly, kindly, with compassion. There are plenty of other ways to get the communication flowing again. The bottom line, however, is to first commit to improving your communication. Then, get to work and do it.

Tantra for Two Spirits and Transgender

Tantra’s primary principle refers to balancing “masculine” and “feminine” energy within, those are the terms I have used for many years. Anybody can practice Tantra without regard to gender preference because everybody has both masculine and feminine within them. So, please note that most of the practices can be done alone and they have a profound effect on balancing the polarities within.

Let’s look at Tantra as a non-dual and unorthodox path towards enlightenment. It’s important to distinguish between traditional tantra from the east and Neo-tantra and modern western tantra. Tantra is a huge umbrella term for all kinds of embodied spiritual lineages. My tantric practice is eclectic and includes both my Hindu studies, Taoist sexuality as well as my Native Spirituality and years of a new age and sacred studies.

LGBT+ and Tantra
In many Tantra teachings, there is a myth that Tantra can only be experienced with a man and a woman. Let me guide you into experiencing that Tantra is - UNIVERSAL LOVE!
This allows you to explore and open up to your partner, connect with them on the soul level and leave your inhibitions behind. It will guide you to open your heart to love.
Tantra is the balance between the masculine and feminine energies that reside within all our bodies. We will explore the energy of Tantra, how we can deepen our connection with each other, explore soul connection, connect your body and mind. via spirituality develop the harmony and balance between your masculine and feminine. We will explore any blocks that you have embracing this beautiful energy. We will move through various Tantric exercises.

Tantra, most of the practices are about balancing and uniting the masculine and feminine essence within our own selves, which means that we would potentially have 50% masculine and 50% feminine energy if we choose and do the right practices. This can lead to the state of the androgyny, as you can see when you look at pictures of Paramahamsa Yogananda,. The famous Ardhaneshvara in the Indian tradition is an image that is half Shiva, half Shakti or half male, half female.
Everyone can shift from masculine to feminine perspective.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

I practice Sacred Tantra Massage with a Twist. Coupled with various modalities of massage, Tantra Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and a deep innate understanding of the sensual human form to offer Sensual Embodiment Sessions And Tantra Sessions.
As individuals and as a culture we lack Sensual knowledge. We have not been taught how to touch with intention and awareness. What we have been taught was health education in grade eight and it was fear based and lacked any real depth. Learn about body anatomy as well as body boundaries while being curious about patterns and habits that no longer serve.
Discover what you do like and what you do not like in the way of touch and how to ask for this in a relationship. Bringing in more awareness and intention into the body we are then able to release trauma imprints within our nervous system, physiologically allowing us to feel more pleasure. Pleasure lowers the stress hormone known as cortisol and increases oxytocin levels in the body enabling a greater capacity with in to regulate stress.
Pleasure helps us to connect to ourselves and the Divine Universal energy in yourself and in others deepening your own connection to your healing energies and capacity to be resilient. Learn how to expand into this Sacred Sensual pleasure in a space full of loving kindness and complete acceptance designed to awaken, deepen and nurture your sensual self.

LGBTQQIP2SAA & TANTRA.

Let’s look at Tantra as a non-dual and unorthodox path towards enlightenment. If we categorize the world into masculine and feminine, black and white, inside and outside, gay and straight…we miss out on a wide range of possible experiences that are fluidly shifting between spirit and form. It’s important to distinguish between traditional tantra from the east and Shamanic tantra, Neo-tantra, tantric sex, and modern Western Tantra. Tantra is a huge umbrella term for all kinds of embodied spiritual lineages.

Where does one’s sexuality fit within the spiritual? Does it matter if I’m gay or lesbian? Does it matter if I’m transsexual? Can I practice Tantra? It does not matter where you stand in the vast spectrum of human sexuality.
Spirituality is something everyone can experience.

Why can everyone experience spirituality? Because everyone has a spirit. Everyone has a soul.

Sex is not an act we do; it is an energy we share through an experience of body, mind, and spirit.
Self-pleasuring is foundational to the development of a deep and healing sexual practice.

Erotic exchange with people of our own gender is a revolutionary choice that invites social and spiritual transformation.

Tantra is not only about sexual pleasure. Tantra is about achieving balance within yourself, It is about achieving a balance between the male and female energies within you. That is why it is not an issue when practicing Tantra or any other type of spirituality, whether tied to sex or not because regardless of sexual orientation, we all have both male and female energies. Whether it is Tantra or sacred sex, sexual orientation and virginity are not important. What matters is how
you practice, how you implement your gained knowledge in your everyday life. Your intentions when practicing, even when not, affect your world and who you are. Spirituality, in general, is more focused on exploring the world within than applying external rules to that inner existence; that which is known as the soul.

Native American, Shamanic or even Buddhism there is—or should be—no obstacle or difference in treatment for sexual minorities because every aspect of our being is an aspect of our beginning-less enlightenment. That includes our sexuality – especially our sexuality, because sexuality is such a powerful metaphor, particularly within Tantra.

However, in Buddhist teachings generally, it is quite rare to find teachings on sexuality which are addressed even to heterosexual people in ordinary loving partnerships – rather than celibacy on the one hand or the highly involved practices of Karma Mudra on the other.

Tantra It is about the union of emptiness and form concepts which are often seen as opposites but which are in reality in ecstatic union with each other. You’ll experience strength and lightness when you communicate authentically with your sexuality and feel freer, more at ease and loving when interacting with others! Tantra will bring your self-confidence into a healthy balance and let you experience for yourself that sexuality can be playful, simple and a source of great joy and creativity in your life! to explain our personal feeling that there must be a spiritual 'meaning' to our way of love and relating, we have found that not only are there such Roots, but they are the most precious parts of virtually all of the ancient spirituality of our species the fundamental roots of tantric Spirit, and the ways to be able to help you connect with any of that which you are drawn to.*I hope you ENJOY learning WHY you are what you ARE!!*

From the ancient mystical traditions of the Land Of Countless Gods, India comes the teaching that the Universal Spirit (Brahman, the Creator) first manifested as a Unified Being composed of all of the traits of BOTH HUMAN SEXES. Usually depicted as Male and Black on the left side of the body and Female and white on the right side, this First Being is named ISHVARA.. and it is 'he' or 'she' or 'we' whom Hindus consider having said: "Let us make mankind in our own Image."

While most western societies frown upon the Androgynous or Gender-Unified individual and consider them somehow 'distorted' or "un-natural" India recognizes the Ishvara Androgen as THE CREATOR, EMBODIED. As we progress through the
many cultures of the world, you will see this theme repeated many times, and we hope you will learn from it that Gender-Unified Self Identity is not only DIVINE but capable of original Creations on a scale unattainable by either Gender Extreme.

Even in Native American culture, the 2 spirits is a perfect picture of this Third Gender or Both-Sexes-In-One was understood as being innately more Intuitive, Nurturing, Wise and Skilled.. all words of vast importance to Native societies. All of the professions which we now call Healthcare, Counseling, Education and the Ministry were ALL 2 spirit specialties, as were the Arts, Music, Dance and above all else, the entire spectrum of Mystical or Psychic Sciences.. which were considered the almost exclusive domain of the He/She.

As a Bisexual woman, I am committed to including people who identify as queer and educating people on how to open new understandings to the queer orientation/label.
One simple practice is to upgrade our language when talking about sexual orientation and gender identity from LGBT to LGBTQQIP2SAA or “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning and queer, Intersex
Pansexual, Asexual. two-spirited, and allies..”
Further, I want to avoid making general assumptions based on my perceptions of someone’s gender or who they partner with. The best way to do this is to get curious and create safety for people to talk frankly about their sex. I want to listen without judgment to people’s sexual preferences and aversions.non-dual

Female sexual dysfunction and Tantra

Due to a medical crisis, I had a thought-provoking, revolutionary experience that suggested a possibly crucial relationship of the vagina to female consciousness itself. The more I learned, the more I understood the ways in which the vagina is part of the female brain, and thus part of female creativity, confidence, and even character. That initial set of insights about the brain-vagina connection, and the more subtle truths I derived from it about female emotional and sexual responses, altered my own life, my relationship, and my way of seeing, for the better. It made me feel, in a new way.

A multinational study demonstrated that the reported prevalence of sexual problems does vary by region. For women, a lack of interest in sex and inability to reach orgasm was the most common sexual problems across the world regions, ranging from 26% to 43% and 18% to 41%, respectively.

Fear of intimacy has grown to be an even a bigger problem in the world, where millions of people suffer in silence isolating themselves in pain with no hope of healing Here are 2 issues with women. Sexual dysfunction and lack of Sexual desire. Dysfunctions can be either be Lifelong or acquired at some point in their life or it can happen only in some situations and not others. Dysfunctions can also occur regardless of the situation.

*Female Sexual Dysfunctions*

* – the dysfunction has always been present.

* Acquired – at some point the person was able to function without the dysfunction.

* Situational – dysfunction occurs in some situations and not others.

* Generalized – dysfunction occurs regardless of the situation.

There are 5 categories of dysfunctions

1. Female Sexual Arousal Disorder: Is described as a lack of genital swelling and lubrication before and during sex or being unable to maintain swelling and lubrication.

2. Female Orgasmic Disorder, Anorgasmia: Is the inability to achieve sexual climax. Other symptoms include having unsatisfying orgasms and taking longer than normal to reach climax. Women with orgasmic dysfunction may have difficulty achieving orgasm during sexual intercourse or masturbation.

3. Vaginismus, sometimes called vaginism: Is a condition that affects a woman's ability to engage in vaginal penetration, including sexual intercourse, manual penetration, insertion of tampons or menstrual cups, and the penetration involved in gynecological examinations.

4. Dyspareunia: Is defined as persistent or recurrent genital pain that occurs just before, during or after intercourse.

5.Vulvodynia or vulvar vestibulitis: Is a chronic pain syndrome that affects the vulvar area and occurs without an identifiable cause. Symptoms typically include a feeling of burning or irritation.

***How Tantra can Help.***

In women, sexual interest is influenced by their psychological mindset, beliefs values, expectations, sexual orientation, preferences, and presence of a safe and erotic environmental setting where lack of mental well-being is strongly linked to women’s symptoms of low desire.

Multiple neurotransmitters, peptides, hormones modulate desire and subjective arousal such as Norepinephrine- dopamine- oxytocin- serotonin- promote sexual response.

The physiology of sexual response cycle in women includes 5 phases such as Sexual desire phase which can last for days where fantasies, dreams about the sexual object are a part of it.

Arousal phase which can last from 1- 2 minutes to hours.

Plateau phase lasts between 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

Orgasm phase lasts for 2.5 - 15 seconds

Relaxation phase for 10 - 15 minutes.

In this cycle, there are two basic physiologic processes they are vasocongestion and Neuromuscular tension called myotonia where vasocongestion takes place in lower and upper genital organs and breasts, while myotonia takes place in the whole body.

In Tantra tradition, sexuality is tied to personal energy; Tantra is capable of changing men and women if they submit to their innate primal sexual desires while maintaining control and heightening. This technique, when incorporated into lovemaking, can ultimately intensify the sexual dynamic or consciousness between couples as they experience their sensual and sexual energy together. Sexual enhancement, pleasuring, living consciously, and the various postures of lovemaking form an important tenet of tantrism.

The unions of the yin and yang, the male and female dimensions of sexuality, and the feelings of intimacy and connectedness with one’s partner, through the control of orgasms, are ultimately enhanced. In Tantra, the sexual goal is to reach union spiritually, to become one being, or to lose the sense of boundaries or individual egos. To accomplish this, the masculine partner uses sexual focus throughout the day to remind the feminine partner of the power of sex. With the goal of enhanced vitality in mind, focus techniques for couples involve sitting silently face-to-face breathing together while the inner thought process is one of appreciation.

If your vagina could speak what would she say?

Would she say “I’m tired, I’m sore, I’m neglected?” Would she cry out in pain? Why are you so embarrassed?” Why don’t you take care of me like you do the rest of your body? Why do you harm me?"

Would she say ”I am the most sacred most feminine part that gives birth to life, why won’t do you include me in your existence?”

How Tantra Helps Anorgasmia...Ecstatic breathing is key to orgasmic pleasure and self-empowerment for women and lasting longer for men. The benefits of learning new, simple ways of breathing are extraordinary and also have direct health benefits. Breathing deeply into your belly boosts relaxation, decreases stress, allows you to focus on pleasure and put more oxygen into your bloodstream. Some say that oxygen is what delivers the 'O' in Orgasm!

The first time you try tantric ecstatic breathing, you may find it to be more cathartic than sensual as it produces a deeper self-understanding about the power of your own breath.

Women generally find it harder than men to focus on sexual activities. In studies with Functional MRI technology, scientists can see the oxygen flow to the various regions of the brain during different situational inputs. Men tend to focus most of their active brain regions on the sexual activities. Meanwhile, women have multiple regions in their brains going off. Areas that involve worrying, trauma, unattended chores, children and external noise. Clearly, their brains are attending to other activities rather than being with their partner in the present moment.

Women, you are responsible for your own pleasure! Knowing your own body and the sexual stimuli you desire is crucial.

As a woman, use your breath to advocate for your sexual focus and presence. Yes, breathing will really increase the blood flow to your lower extremities (clitoris, G-spot, and pelvic area) and help you focus n sexual arousal and the stimulus you are receiving.

To focus the mind and increase blood flow, you can do several easy but specific tantric breathing techniques to effectively transport you much faster into the unified body-mind zone. A particularly easy breath pattern is a type of panting breath specifically designed for increasing oxygen and nitric oxide in the blood.

How Tantra helps with Vaginismus You should also start doing Kegel exercises several times a day. Although these exercises are often prescribed as a way to strengthen the muscles at the vaginal entrance, they also help you learn how to contract and relax those muscles.

There are many factors that can hurt a woman’s sex life, decrease her pleasure and make it difficult for her to experience her first orgasm or to orgasm on a regular basis.

The fear and frustration increases the tension and makes the vaginismus worse when attempting vaginal intercourse, so it is important to avoid all painful vaginal penetration. If it hurts, don't do it! The pain reinforces the conditioning that causes the muscles to spasm, which causes the pain. It's a vicious circle, and you need to stop triggering it so you can get rid of the conditioning.

If you are married or in a committed relationship, switch to other kinds of sex. They can be just as satisfying as vaginal sex and many people find them even more satisfying.

Women, when you finally decide to resolve your issues regarding female orgasmic dysfunction, you need not walk the road alone.

Our Story

Shamanistic Tantra is a spiritual path for integrating body, mind, and soul. It differs from other paths in its honoring of the body, using the senses, sexuality, and feelings to help you evolve spiritually. With the combination of Teachings we honor being fully present to the innocent sensations of our body and purifying all energies and thoughts of twisted connotations so our entire body/mind system is open to the Breath of Life — the free-flowing Spirit of the Divine discover for yourself the Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine within your own heart and mind that enable you to attain mastery of the breath, and the natural process of the body towards ecstatic pleasure and love for yourself and others that you never knew existed.

How I got started with my own Healing an Transformation around my own sexual and physical abuse and survival and how I learned to love myself as a whole person and to be able to, receive, pleasure and to give pleasure without guilt, shame or an agenda.

While sacred sexuality is a portion of Tantric wisdom, the pure strength of sex is found in total integration of all aspects of life. I believe that personal psychology and spiritual unfolding must be addressed before full sexual bliss can be realized. I bring very simple techniques and wisdom to tame the complex mind, heal emotional disharmony and heighten pleasure in the body.

“With emotional well-being and healthy thinking in place, sex, relationships, work… anything in life becomes more simple.”
