Dear Valued Patients,
Our main focus is to ensure the health and safety of our staff and all patients.
We know that COVID-19 (Corona-Virus) is at the top of our minds for all Canadians across the country. We’re seeing it in our stores and we’re all hearing it from our family and friends. We want to assure our patients the situation is the absolute top priority our company. These are uncertain times and 2Care4 CPAP is continuing to monitor this situation very closely. We want to let you know that we are following guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada and taking several decisive actions.
We have introduced the following protocols and recommendations for all patients and staff:
• Enhanced cleaning protocols in all of our locations, with particular focus on high traffic and high contact areas.
• Wiping all surfaces down after each patient interaction.
• All appointments going forward are by booking only. We will temporarily not be accepting walk in patients unless screened prior to entry
• To protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
We are open for business and treating patients; with the proactive approach and preventative measures we have in place. These are designed to protect everyone against the exposure to the virus. We encourage our patients to call us directly with any issues they may have regarding their treatment and we will triage the need to come into the clinic.

We ask that all patients monitor their symptoms and if you have any of the following, please stay home, reschedule your appointment and speak with your family physician.
Symptoms: FEVER, DRY COUGH, SORE THROAT, EXTREME FATIGUE, DIARRHEA AND SHORTNESS OF BREATH.
