Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network Local Health Integration Networks plan, integrate and fund local health care as well as deliver and coordinate home and community care.Our goal is a health system that keeps people healthy, gets them good care when needed and there for future generations.

Covering Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, Brant, Burlington and most of Norfolk the HNHB LHIN is home to a diverse population of more than 1.4 million people and 188 health service providers that together provide more than 230 programs and services. The role of the HNHB LHIN is to plan, integrate and fund local health care as well as deliver and coordinate home and community care.
