Each course is a day long learning in a 1-1 class. You receive your own reiki booklet to take home, all the reiki attunements for the level and complete the day by receiving a full reiki session, ongoing support from your teacher, and a lifetime of empowered healing

And isnt is a little nice to assume that everyone else is always doing their best. You are doing your best and you can forgive yourself if your best isnt perfect. I can forgive myself if my best isnt as good as someone else’s. I am doing my best, you are doing your best. In the end, it’s all we can do.

For me, learning reiki was like a gateway into awakening my spiritual self and opening my relationship with magic. Learning reiki was so empowering and honestly felt like a homecoming to power I subconsciously knew I had; a power I know we all have.

When I learned reiki, it was in a 1-1 class with my teacher. That’s exactly how I like to teach. It allowed me to ask questions openly without being worried about judgement or other students input. It made my experience with reiki my own and encouraged me to use reiki in a way that fits me.

I think reiki is something everyone should and could learn. You don’t need to want to be a reiki practitioner; level 1 is about using reiki for yourself and friends and family and deepening your relationship with the spiritual and the magical.

Sometimes reiki can bring things to light that we need to work on. Things we have been ignoring or patterns of behaviour that are contributing to our own problems and suffering. Reiki helps us let go of these patterns and work through them to become our highest self. While it might be uncomfortable or challenging, Reiki does not bring up anything that we are not ready or able to deal with. Reiki is always looking out for you and working in your best interest.
