The world has changed. Food used to be simple and we used to be a
lot more active. Life carried less stress and we had a lot more exposure
to the natural world. Today, things are crazy. With over 72 million tons of
chemicals being dumped into our environment every day, our bodies are
having a tough time dealing. Hence the need for detoxification. It isn’t a
fad. It is a reality for all of us because our bodies are being exposed to
countless chemicals and substances that they don’t know how to pro
cess. The body burden is great and it is disrupting the delicate balance
of our internal chemistry.

I am in the midst of an intense detox after being tested for toxic load AND IT IS NOT FUN! I hope things smooth out soon.
Below is My Grandma at 97. Her toxic load was likely very light. She ate local food most of her life. Ate from the garden. Canned local chicken in mason jars for the winter (They were kind of wierd but rather good) Loved music. Involved in her community. Very limited exposure to chemicals for most of her life. Moved daily. Connected with friends and family daily. Knitted, embroidered, crotched and dabled in a bit of television. Went to bed and got out of bed at the same time pretty much every day. Did not over-eat. Never smoked and darnk about 4 glasses of w**e a year (usually at a wedding or bithday party) Baked her own buns and bread. Sounds pretty Blue Zone in the crazy little town of Abby, SK
Loved her tea!
