We're loving the early morning sweat on Tuesday's! Join us for an outdoor yoga fusion class that will give you a kick start to your day. We begin with a power yoga flow, followed by a tabata workout (HIIT training), then a gentle hatha style flow to stretch out all the muscle groups! Finally, sweet savasana to work in some breath and mindfulness. Mind-body connection and feeling grounded with the earth helps ease stress and tension. Message to sign up or if you have any questions!

This morning at 6:40am waiting for my yogis to arrive for our 6:45am class. We had a chilly but fun practice (where did that hot weather go!?). I have been teaching virtually since the pandemic back in March 2020 - this was my first back to in-person class and it was absolutely a treat to practice together in each other's physical presence. I am grateful we have the technology to connect with each other but nothing beats the positive energy you get when you're in-person. Thank you for coming out to practice with me today!!! See you next week:)

This morning, a client told me she's been feeling stronger than ever in her upper body (e.g. able to do things like lifting, gardening, everyday activities with more ease) & her son even noticed her arms looked more toned and sculpted. Tatianna stays current with her clinical skills by attending courses annually to keep her practice evidence based and current. Some of these courses are dry needling, acupuncture, trends in preventing running injuries, yoga workshops and more. She specializes in PhysioYoga; yoga flows and poses specifically tailored to the individual client’s needs. Tatianna treats various conditions, but in particular she has a passion for treating muscle imbalances, injury prevention, & prenatal/postnatal women.
