Struggling with sleep? You're not alone! This free, live, online education event by Trish Krause, Holistic Nutritionist, runs for 30 minutes each evening starting Sunday, July 11th. Everyone welcome! (Registration details below.)

Sleep can be improved if you have a daily routine - not *just a 'winding-down-at-the-end-of-the-day' routine, but it also matters when you wake up.

So, try to wake up at the same time each morning (even on weekends!) and go to bed at the same time each night. You may want to fill your evenings with calming activities - like gentle yoga or a meditation practice. During the daytime - sure, go for a vigorous run or engage in other energizing activities.

"Health happens by choice, not by chance" is a quote that has stuck with Mona Warner, who offers Ayurvedic consultations and bodywork at KIHC. This quote strongly aligns with the Ayurvedic belief that the choices we make every day either feed our health or take away from it. From the foods you eat, to your bedtime, to your movement patterns and the company you keep - each choice either builds your health account or subtracts from it. Complimentary introductory phone consults are available with Mona Warner, if you'd like to learn a little more.
