- No heightened emotions- Be calm.
-Not too much information - Overexplaining can cause overwhelm
- Share enough information that will be understood and give time to process

1- Executive Dysfunction can make it hard to plan, organize, start tasks, manage time, regulate emotions, and control impulses. But with management like breaking down tasks, getting enough sleep, setting timers, seeking support, you can be successful.

2- Autism is not a disease it is a difference in the way your brain is wired.

3-“Stimming is a normal way to regulate yourself and like body language, stimming is a way for autistic people like me to communicate how I am feeling without words”
