How do you celebrate this time of year? For us, it's the start of Spring Cleaning. Consider using ritual smoke or blessed water to purify and cleanse your space. Leave cakes & butter in the garden for the fey folk. Decorate your space and yourself with aventurine and rose quartz. Steep nettle and rosemary for a calming bath or energizing tea.

Welcome to Copper Heart Wellness!

This past year was a culmination of 5 years of personal and professional growth, when I earned my certifications as a Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, a Life Coach (Wellness and Spiritual), and a Breathwork Coach. I also completed a Solo Vision Quest and a Wilderness Quest.

As a result, my new business, Copper Heart Wellness, was created. The Grand Opening will be September 9, 2022 at noon (pacific). More details will be posted here as well as Copper Heart's other social media accounts.
