Quinoa, black beans, corn, graded carrots, peppers, green onions, cilantro, red & yellow peppers, grilled chili-lime chicken, and shredded butter lettuce from our garden!

-kale, spinach, carrots, celery, oinions, red peppers, parsley, garlic galore & herb d'provance

KALE CHIPS are a delicious alternative to traditional fried potato chips.

These puppies are high in Vitamin K, C, & B's (vitamin B is from the nutritional yeast, which adds a rich cheese/unami flavour).

The kale is tossed in olive oil & topped with himalayan pink salt, pepper, smoked paprika & nutritional yeast, then baked at 350 for 30mins.

These "chips" are packed with immune supporting nutrients, as well as satisfiying.

Instead of panicking, we should try to embrace this time of solitude & reflection.

Read a book you've been meaning to but never had the time for. Go for nature walks, play an instrument, create some art or crafts, meditate, organize your space, or help those in need.

Most importantly, remember that this too shall pass.
