We are a baby-friendly space. New mamas and babies welcome.
You can bring baby with you to work out or to an appointment. No stress about changing or feeding, we have a change table, bottle warmers and spaces to feed/relax.

2 blocks, yoga strap, no-ouch hairtie, massage ball and push bag
Ever wonder how to use your massage ball without dropping it all the time? Our RMT, Lee-Ann provided this tip -use a canvas bag (like our PUSH bag) to adjust placement without having to mess around with dropping the ball. Trust me, if you're pregnant, every bend to pick something up matters.
Props can be purchase in a package or separately. Limited quantity available.

For our adults we have the Everyday, Strong (thicker for those with sensitive joints) and Long options (great for instructors who move around alot 😉 or for our taller yogis)
