🔵 Im not just so joe shmoe who’s has zero clue what he is doing i’m a certified personal trainer, level 2 precision nutritionist, I attended George Brown culinary school.

🔵 Not only that i used to be an obese teenager who turned my life around with proper nutrition and exercise. I lost over 150 pounds in 15 months and now I am helping others achieve their goals.
