You have 2 inner voices.
One is telling you to sleep in, avoid exercise and that you will hit your goals another day‼️
Your other voice is telling you to get up get after it. Get up earlier and get stuff done‼️
Listen to that inner voice that is telling you to chase your goals. That’s the one you want to listen to‼️
The problem is the first voice is predominantly louder in most of us. It’s time to silence that one and bring out your inner beast‼️
The haters‼️ let them talk Sh*t.
They are so far behind you‼️ don’t worry about their BS.
You are so far ahead of them, let them make all the noise.
Because at the end of the day, you are the only one with the guts to put in the work everyday.

I get it we all have family, friends a job.
But you need to make time ‼️
If you got up an hour earlier each day that would give you 7 hours extra a week to work on your goals‼️
Think about where you would be in a year ‼️

You can’t buy a great body that’s the best part‼️
You will enjoy it more when it’s earned through blood sweat and tears‼️

❌unhealthy food, it seems at every turn we are told to eat this and avoid that. When the truth of the matter us just keep it simple and stick to whole foods and avoid processed garbage.
🚷negative people! Someone at some point in your life told you that you were not good enough. I’m here to tell that you are and you can hit your true potential.
🛑poor habits! You are a byproduct of your habits. Stop trying to change your entire life and focus on small daily wins and keep doing it on a daily basis. Discipline is the key to success.
🧠 Negative mindset! Stop playing the victim card, once you take ownership of your thoughts, you can only then truly break free of your own negativity. Stop focusing on the past, think about the now.
