Alot of people come to me for a variety of reasons, the most common I've heard are:
1. I wanna look good
2. I wanna feel good
3. I'm getting married
4. I'm going on vacation
5. I need to be healthy
This client came to me wanting to be able to handle herself when she's riding. Her program included full body strength, some hypertrophy work to look like a badass and increase mobility to get on and off the bike easier. Now she's riding like a champ and looking badass doing it!
