Nlaka’pamux Health Services invites nation members to join us in Coldwater for another two-day Cedar Bark Hat Weaving Workshop led by facilitator Len Williams.

Date: November 7th & 8th, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Coldwater Band Hall

Eligibility: Participants must be from one of our 12 communities and be available to attend both days of the workshop.

We are currently seeking catering bids for our upcoming Nation Dinner in recognition of National Addictions Awareness Week.

Merritt:
📅 Event Date: November 20, 2026
📍 Location: Merritt Civic Centre, 1950 Mamette Ave., Merritt, BC
🍽️ Dinner Service: 5:30 PM
👥 Catering for: 200 people

Catering bids should include a variety of healthy meal options, accommodations for dietary needs, desserts, beverages, serving supplies, and full meal preparation, service and clean-up.

✅ Food Safe certification will be required for kitchen staff.

📌 Bid Deadline: November 3, 2026 at 4:00 PM

Reminder: NHSS Fall Harvest Celebration Tomorrow!

This is a drop-in event, so feel free to arrive whenever works best for you! No pre-registration is required.

A few reminders before you arrive:
•Please refer to the attached event layout for directions to parking and registration.
•Upon arrival, please visit the registration table to sign in with NHSS staff.
•Mini photography sessions with Shelanne & Lasha will be available from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
•Hayrides will be available based on availability.
This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear.
