Our R3 Coaches had the opportunity and privilege in attending an Elite Master Mind in Miami this past week with @thearminshafee ! They came out RENEWED, REFRESHED, RESTORED in Mind, Body and in Spirit. R3 Coaches live what they preach, it's a journey and lifestyle! Not a quick fix. Altough it was working vacation, the R3 Coaches were able to workout together, connect with one another and connect with other great minds!!!
