Dear Friends,
I have recently started teaching a new gentle stretch/chair yoga class for individuals living with Parkinson's disease every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 10:30. As some of you know, I have been teaching adapted movement classes over the last years and have specialized in movement for Parkinson's disease. I know the incredible benefits of regular movement - I just cannot say it enough and hear it constantly from the individuals I work with how much it helps them get through the day. If you know someone living with Parkinson's disease and if they are interested please send me a message and I will connect you to the organizers of the class and you may even find more activities that suit your needs. We all need support - pass on the word. There is help out there - sometimes we are just not connected to a support group and it can make all the difference.

Chers amis, j'ai récemment commencé à enseigner un nouveau cours d'étirement doux et de yoga sur chaise pour les personnes atteintes de la maladie de Parkinson. Comme certains d'entre vous le savent, j'ai enseigné des cours de mouvement adaptés au cours des dernières années et je me suis spécialisée dans le mouvement pour la maladie de Parkinson.Je connais les avantages incroyables d'un mouvement régulier - je ne le dirai jamais assez et j'entends constamment les personnes avec lesquelles je travaille dire à quel point cela les aide à passer la journée. Si vous connaissez quelqu'un qui vit avec la maladie de Parkinson et si cette personne est intéressée, envoyez-moi un message et je vous mettrai en contact avec les organisateurs de la classe. Nous avons tous besoin de soutien - faites passer le mot. Il existe de l'aide - parfois, nous ne sommes tout simplement pas en contact avec un groupe de soutien et cela peut faire toute la différence.
