🤩 Our amazing patient has lost 50 kg and is glowing! 🤩
We couldn’t be prouder of the work she has done and her incredible transformation! 🥰
At Direct NP, we don’t just focus on weight management — including the prescription and monitoring of GLP-1 agonists — we also offer a variety of unique treatments for weight loss and hormonal balance.
We understand that each patient is unique, and we take care of all aspects of our patients’ care. We are not a med spa, but a primary care clinic that takes a holistic, comprehensive approach to weight loss and longevity — in order to achieve optimal results 💥

Behavioral and Psychological Interventions for Obesity Management

Behavioral and psychological interventions focus on lasting lifestyle changes that improve overall health, functioning, and quality of life — not just weight loss. The most effective approaches often include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helps address emotional eating, self-stigma, and behaviors that impact health.

Medical Nutritional Therapy
A personalized approach to nutrition that emphasizes sustainable eating habits rather than restrictive diets.

Physical Activity
Regular movement supports metabolic health, reduces stress, and improves energy levels — regardless of weight changes.

Behavioral and psychological support can make a significant difference, especially when combined with medication. These approaches help stay engaged with the treatment plan, facilitate adherence to nutritional recommendations, and integrate physical activity into daily routines, tailored to your reality.

Work with a healthcare professional to find strategies that align with your needs and goals.
