Avoiding salicylates, amines, glutamates and/or nightshades? You can still have ketchup!

This ketchup recipe uses low salicylate, amine and glutamate fresh fruits and vegetables (no cans), maple syrup as a sweetener, and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) for the tart flavour.

You'll be surprised how similar it is to regular tomato-based ketchup!

It's so good, even if you can have tomatoes, you may still love this super easy recipe!
