Our team enjoyed connecting with members from our community at the East Ferris Tradeshow on May 27th, and again at the Aging with Confidence Symposium on June 8th.

A big thank you to all of the organizers and volunteers who made these events such a pleasure to participate in.

We look forward to more upcoming opportunities to connect with our Nipissing district.

In honor of the 5th Annual National Heart Failure Awareness Week we are pleased to announce the launch of our Nipissing Integrated Heart Failure Program (NIHF). ❤️

The Nipissing Integrated Heart Failure (NIHF) program is an integrated care model for patients in our district with heart failure. The project is a partnership between the Nipissing Wellness Ontario Health Team (NWOHT) and the North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC), with funding provided by Ontario Health.

We encourage patients to see their primary care provider if they suspect they have Heart Failure symptoms.

Le programme intégré du Nipissing sur l’insuffisance cardiaque (INIC) est une modèle de soins intégrés pour les patients dans notre district avec d’insuffisance cardiaque. Le projet est fait possible par l’équipe Santé Ontario de bien-être du Nipissing (ESOBEN) en partenariat avec le centre regional de santé de North Bay (CRSNB) avec l'aide financière de la Santé de l'Ontario.

Nous encourageons des patients de voir leur prestateur de soins primaires s'ils ressentent des symptômes d’insuffisance cardiaque.
