It also is a beautiful story 💓#Womensday #Womensweek #Ourwomensvoices I was hesitating on reading this story right away fearful of what it might trigger in me, but I’m glad I did (I also did it with a lot of self care.) In the Kundalini yoga world it is a difficult time. There has been abuse of power and sexual assault. #Metoo. It is a time of pain,unveiling and sharing. It is also a time of connecting and working together. Change is difficult and wonderful. A story of our time. I am in awe of the strength, the vulnerabilities, the stories and the wisdom shared by both women and men in the community. Together we can make a better world #equality #peace #riseup.
