MENTAL HEALTH is for everyone.. every front line worker, every doctor, nurse, every cashier, every teacher, every parent, every child, every individual. Every therapist. Period.

Some will never know what it feels like to struggle personally until you find yourself hitting a wall unexpectedly. And even when you push things away. Your body still remembers. And will remind you...eventually.

Get into good practices daily because all it can take is a two or more challenges or losses simultaneously, coupled with exhaustion or loneliness to trigger it.
And you may not see it coming. I am no stranger to it myself.

Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others.
Pray. Sing. Enjoy the small moments. Practice thankfulness. Laugh. Eat well. Sleep well. Cry if you need to. Do things you love. Give. Connect with others.

Especially today.

My name is Dona Constantino-Nathan and I am a Clinical Counselor, offering Private Mental Health Counselling and Coaching services.

For me, the journey started as a teenager; discovering the need for mental health as a contributor to overall health in my own life. From there, my life experiences, volunteer, not for profit initiatives led to completing a Masters Degree to better serve you in the mental health field.

I have started this page predominantly to help those who are brave enough to admit that mental health plays a huge role in our overall wellness, and to raise awareness on mental (and overall) health,as well as provide practical and accessible information to get you started.
