This usually happens when I’m sleep deprived, or when there’s ‘too much’ on my brain, and on my plate, and I’m trying to multi task.
Taking a day to refuel + renew yesterday, breathing in all that beautiful forest energy + oxygen yesterday was EXACTLY what my soul needed to recalibrate and get back into rhythm.
I still have days like this. Where either I’ve repeated myself more than once, or that I catch myself mid way through a sentence having no fu***ng idea what I was going to say next. #mombrain
The latest month I’ve been using not only my Focused Energy Adaptogens, but have also included Organic Lions Mane Mushroom Powder to help with my memory (also another #adaptogens)
Another thing I’ve been working on, is my ‘do less’ and accomplish more mindset.
Streamlining my daily to-do list and writing my WEEKLY to do list. Changing my perspective based on how I feel, what phase of my cycle I’m in. And choosing things that are going to make me feel good (because that’s the whole point anyways-right!?), and also things that are going to help push my business forward.
What are my top 3 priorities for my week, and asking myself 4 things:
👉🏼does this need to be done?
👉🏼does this need to be done RIGHT NOW?
👉🏼will this move me closer to my goal?
👉🏼is this good for my soul?
Sisters.. remember this. You don’t have to do it all. Get your z’s in. Move your body. Get out in nature. Focus on your 1 thing ❤️
