Silence can be lonely but it is necessary. Silence creates the space to observe your thinking patterns and it opens your minds to be with your thoughts without interference, freeing your mind. Silence gives you the opportunity to observe your unnurturing behaviours. Silence helps you make healthy and sensible choices to align yourself with what you want to attract in your life. Some may confuse silence with loneliness or isolation, instead choose its meaning to be “time in solitude”. 27 Rituals For Self-love 💎Ritual N. 7 Chant. Buddhist chanting is not practiced so much as a ritual but as a means to develop “mindfulness”, the action of cultivating being present. This monotonous, repetitive song or prayer is used to move the mind from meaning to meaningless state of minds. To expand our awareness to transcend from egoistic and individual to a higher universal, oneness awareness.
Chant out loud, then in a medium voice then move slowly to whisper the chant, it works like a prayer. They are originally written in either sanskrit or pali. Focus on the vibration of the sound rather than on the language itself. For instance a chant to invoke peace it’s “om shanti, shanti, shanti”

💎Ritual N.3 Explore 5 minutes body scan. Any time during the day refresh your mind and body.
Mentally visualize each part of your body, keeping the focus on your breath as you scan your entire body from head to toes. Inhale love into each part of your body, exhale all thoughts of rejection. Start with your head, eyes, nose, ears, mouth, tongue, neck, shoulders, left arms, left hand and fingers, right arm, right hand and fingers, back, chest, belly, hips, left leg, right leg, left foot, toes right foot and toes.
💎This is the only body you will have, you cannot exchange or return it only love it as it is.

Ritual N. 2 Connect to nature. The connection between nature and us is intrinsec. Take a walk outdoors in nature, when you feel that you got off tracks or to regain balance. Find a comfortable spot where you feel safe and a sense of privacy.
Pick a tree that you feel drawn to, ask permission to the tree to do an energy exchange, wait for an answer, you will feel if it is right or not, if you feel this mutual connection lean your back on the trunk and let your body sink and cradle into mother nature. Visualize the tree providing you with all the oxygen that you need and peeling away all the heaviness accumulated through the day. Do it until you feel a shift in your body, a sense of grounding and lightness may arise organically after a few rounds.
There is a constant energy exchange between nature around us, and the tree for this ritual can collect and get rid of energy excess of its environment, but its natural healing energy it’s constant and forever renewable. We are made of all the five elements of the universe: earth, fire, water, air and space commute with them everytime you need. 8 practices to feel more energized: We are all in this together. A pandemic is certainly a challenging time for us all. It is paramount to take care of your mental health for overall wellness and a strong immunity. The following eight practices, done right and done daily, will strengthen your resilience during stressful times.
1.Practice mindfulness: Taking a pause during the day can be a very powerful practice. Take for example, The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a cognitive therapy by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn (an American author of the bestselling 1990 book, Full Catastrophe of Living and founded the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Clinic and the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School). S.T.O.P. is an exercise that you can integrate to expand mind awareness. The acronym stands for:
S Stop! Whatever you are doing, take a pause.
T Take a breath to connect to the present moment.
O Observe. Assess the situation inside and out. Notice where your mind has gone.
How are you feeling? How is your physical body feeling?
P Proceed with compassion. Ask yourself, what do I need right now? Perhaps you
notice tension in your shoulders or your jaw has tightened. Maybe your thoughts are racing. Proceed by making a sensible self-care choice. Begin with stretching, or taking a short walk or drinking a cup of tea.
The more you practice S.T.O.P. during the day, the more space you create to cut out the bad habit of going on auto-pilot mode and switch to a being-mode.
