EAT THE RAINBOW!

Have you heard this phrase before? I'm sure you have!

Honestly, balancing our nutrition is so easy - keeping the rainbow in mind, rarely will we ever not fulfill our dietary requirements.

Try to always add a protein to your meal - tofu, beans, tempeh, chia seeds, h**p seeds, etc. A healthy fat like avocado, and of course - greens!

I LOVE power bowls like these. I know most people do, how about you?

I wanted to follow up to the other day's post about things getting hard, but never being impossible.

This is one of my favourite photos to look back on. And let me be clear: I did not wake up and just DO a handstand. I worked hard at it - I practiced. I kept at it every day. I strengthened my core and back muscles to maintain my balance.

And then I did that all again. And sometimes, I fell!

Actually - I STILL cannot fully do a handstand.

I am not perfect. None of us are.

Our goals are not linear! We don't go from 0 to 100. We have ups, and downs.
Our goals are NOT linear! I am repeating this again so you remember this.

What do YOU want to achieve? What do YOU want to see yourself doing? What do YOU want to get to?

Keep those questions in mind as you journey through your wellness goals. Don't stop trying, don't stop working at becoming the best version of yourself, whatever that looks like.

Because, again, it's going to be hard, but it is NOT impossible.

Are you ready to aim for YOUR handstand?

The rewards are FAR greater than the experience in-between.

Push yourself every day, little by little. You fell? Get back up! It's okay! What's great to know, is that everyone was on the same journey at some point. Everyone has ups and downs!

Keep going, and I promise you, you'll see the results and you will be so proud of yourself.

It's going to be hard, but hard is NOT impossible.
