Studies in psychology have shown that gratitude improves emotional well-being and is also good for your health. So why deprive yourself of it!
If you're going through a rough patch right now, if you feel like nothing is going right in your life, you can find some peace by practicing gratitude. Of course, it won't solve everything, but at least it will positively modulate your emotions. It's a simple way to adapt to life's circumstances.
It's in your best interest to do this, because it will make you :
🌟 Realize what you have
🌟 See things with a little more positivity
🌟 Make you feel more alive
So be grateful and express it, whether it's in writing or verbally. Say "Thanks!".
If you feel a deep nostalgia that prevents you from moving forward in your life, accept that what you have known is now behind you and leave it in the past.
Don't stay stuck in the past, because you won't be able to focus on your present. It is what you are living today that counts the most, because it is the only thing that is tangible, it is in the present that you can act and also create your future.
I'm sure you don't want to miss out on your life, so don't be afraid to move forward.

A lot of women have a lot on their shoulders. We take care of a lot of things and everyone else and we often forget about ourselves.
When we put ourselves second continuously and for a long time, we end up not only burning out, but also losing some of ourselves over time.
It's bad for your health, it's bad for your morale, it can affect your mood. So don't feel guilty about taking some time for yourself.
I encourage you to take care of yourself and prioritize yourself.

🫶 You will be in a better position to take care of your children and your relationship

I've been dealing with sleep issues for a while now. It's hard to feel good and get through the day when you're sorely lacking in sleep.
