I was chatting with a friend this morning and the topic of perfection came up. That word is so subjective, so why do we hold ourselves to a standard definition that is also subjective, and therefore, we may never reach? (What exactly is perfection?!!)

How about we talk about effort instead. The amount of effort one action takes, and be proud of that effort. Getting out of bed in the morning, having a difficult conversation, facing a fear and doing it anyway, exercising, any work task... whatever the effort, however large or small, be proud.

Be proud of the effort you place into every task and decision.

Effort moves you forward.

You've got this! 💗

Peace sometimes has to be chosen.
You can disrupt old patterns of trying to please others, trying to prove yourself or trying to keep up... by choosing you, by choosing peace.
Use your wisdom today and break a pattern, allowing yourself to be peaceful, content and happy - just as you are. ❤️

There are some days like that - where you feel heavier, more tired, less motivated... it's ok. It happens.

This is your nudge to be more gentle with yourself. Breathe deeply, set boundaries, rest and choose you. ❤️

For those that need to hear this today, this is your reminder to take care of yourself.
✨ Rest is self-care.
✨ And you ARE deserving. 🥰

This is a difficult one for many, including myself. Stress filled patterns can be outgrown, stopped, let go...

These patterns of overthinking and carrying burdens that aren't yours are so present in our day to day lives, that we are sometimes not even aware they are there or that we are carrying them.

This is your nudge to think about these patterns that are heavy and filled with stress, and to make one small step today to choose differently, to choose you.

Healing is choosing differently, one small step at a time. ❤️

My load has been heavy lately. I've had to prioritize and reorganize some aspects of my life, and let go of what I could.

We all carry large loads, and sometimes, to our detriment. It takes strength and courage to set boundaries... to say no... to choose us.

What are your thoughts, do you feel allowed to release what is heavy and choose you?

Healing is healing, whether you heal your physical ailments, or heal your mind, heal your heart or heal your soul. Sometimes it's a feeling, a knowing or a thought - whatever step you take towards a better feeling you, is a good one.
Energy healing can help with wherever you are in this healing process. 💕

Since when have we normalized exhaustion? There is always too much to do - and there will always be too much to do. Time to stop pushing through and to rest, shift some energy and feel like ourselves again.

Many of my clients recently have complained of fatigue and exhaustion. Energy healing can help you feel lighter, clearer and like a weight being lifted off your shoulders.

Book your session and feel the difference.
