I love this - and if I’m honest with myself it also brings up some emotion because I remember when my voice was a source of comfort for my uncle who passed away in October

His daughters shared with me - he would ask them to put on one of my meditations when he couldn’t sleep or was in pain and they would ask which meditation- and his response was “I doesn’t matter I just want to hear Tricia’s voice”

For a child who was told I talk too much in class when I was younger - I am so blessed that I get to use my voice to help others

Today I found moments of beauty, I experienced moments of gratitude, I experienced love, I experienced frustration, oh what it is to be human.

Tomorrow will mark two months since my youngest uncle died. I have been honouring my grief how I need to.

Something that has been helping me is by playing his mothers accordion 🪗, I’ve been playing it for 12 days straight.

Feeling closer to his mother is helping me grieve him.

Romeo your love will love on inside me forever, when I think of my aunts and uncles I can see the link to their mother’s unconditional love that made them who they are.

My uncles daughter lived with me for a time and through her, my uncle influenced the way I parent my children. It was a gift he gave me without me knowing it until after he died.

Your love will live on in my children as well.

With tears in my eyes, love for you and the pain of loosing you all together mixed up our fun memories, sometimes bring me moments of comfort and sometimes all I feel is the pain of you no longer being here.

Thank you for the fun times, the times you made me feel special as a girl and as a women.

Romeo you knew how it love ❤️, and I thank you 🙏 for loving me so much that losing you is this hard!!

Please share with me how you are being kind to yourself today. I will go first I spent so much time today troubleshooting a tech issue that didn't end up being on my end. I will practice self compassion and stop focussing on what I didn't get done and focus on the determination I had to accomplish this piece of my program to help others.

Happy Valentines Day Everyone
Hoping you take some time for yourself today!! When you love yourself a little harder you are able to give more of yourself to others IMO. So what if you took some time for just you today, allowing you to feel taken care of, or helping you to feel calmer, or feel into how Devine you actually are.
I made myself some bone broth, did a heart centring meditation and will go for a mindful walk soon, and be grateful for this sunshine.
Heart Centring Practice - Place your left hand on your heart space, and right hand over left close your eyes and take 10 long deep breaths focusing on your heart space, feel into your body and into your heart. Your body has wisdom that we often forget listen for. Then say to yourself "I am a devine being, I have limitless potential, I am love, I have always been love and I will always be love. Feel into you loving heart and go share it with the world.
Then try to list what you are grateful for. That is my Valentines Gift you, and who you ripple that effect to. Lets Start a Love movement starting with ourselves and let it ripple out into the world. 🥰❤️💗💖💘🥰

It can never last long enough…an embrace. We use the word hug but really it is an embrace. It’s not merely putting your arms around someone, it is embracing them as a Soul for everything that they are, accepting them as they are. It is the moment a Soul knows it is ok. We can all be home to someone with our embrace.
