🔥 Tendinitis 🔥
Tendinitis: Tendinitis is the inflammation of a tendon, a tough rope-like tissue that connects muscle to bone.
Causes: chronic overload of the tendon, leading to mico-tearing and an inflammatory response in the tendon.
Contributing factors: muscle imbalance, poor biomechanics, lack of flexibility, poor blood supply to the tendon, improper equipment or training errors ( in this case it is suspected to be improper footwear and foot care).
*Quick video of me working through some “sticky” tissues along the calf using @sidekicktool while client is moving their ankle from plantar flexion into dorsiflexion.

There are many ways to make wall sits a little more dynamic and challenging. This plate is 25 pounds.
Try this out! You can do them pretty much anywhere with or without equipment. 30 seconds- 1 minute should do. Send me a video if you do something real different.
This is an active hamstring release with a tune up ball.
•Change the angle of knee extension or placement of the ball to get different parts of the hamstring.
•If you don’t have a tune up ball then try a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or anything that looks effective. Get creative!
