Burke Cleland Personal Training Studio is back!

I am excited to tell you my outdoor gym is now open for one-on-one training. Time to put an end to that quarantine and get those muscles moving again! If you are looking to get into shape and keep safe then you came to the right place. I have over 16 years of professional experience and have the most modern equipment the industry has to offer.

Like many business owners I have adapted to the current circumstances. My outdoor space is safe, quiet, private, shady, is cleaned after every use, has plenty of room to keep two meters apart, and is a fun place to exercise.

Other services are: exercise rehabilitation, nutrition coaching, program design.

You don't have to keep putting off your fitness goals anymore. We can enjoy the fresh air and have a few laughs while you build yourself up to your peak physical shape. If you are interested you can come in for a visit to check out the place at no charge to see if this is a fit for you. Message me anytime.

Fitness Classes If you are like most people, you have probably tried countless times to exercise on your own and were not able to keep it up, either from lack of motivation, injury or not getting the results you are expecting to see. Exercise does not have to be stressful, in fact, it can be an enjoyable experience.

Your health is your greatest asset and is always worth the investment. If you are still reading this page, I know you want to improve your fitness levels and have a healthier body. I can help you on your journey, by instructing and guiding you in exercise and nutrition. I have, at my disposal, the best tools in the industry to keep you on track and motivated. As personal trainer my role is more than instructing a workout. I have a personal responsibility to be a coach, a mentor, an exercise specialist, and to give nutritional guidance on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
