Transformation to Freedom is Possible...

Families or Individuals who have suffered from the devastating effects of addiction or trauma can and will recover with the help, guidance and support of a qualified counsellor. It does require a commitment to do the work together. My focus is to guide and help you or your loved ones through the emotional fallout and pain of living in turmoil to emotional

healing from abuse, depression, panic, anxieties, fears and phobias. My goal is to provide you with the tools to tap your inner resources and develop skills and techniques to create harmony and balance in your everyday life. One of the most valuable tools I use is the Emotional Freedom Technique which brings immediate and amazing results for my clients.
