Hi everyone! I'm sorry I've been MIA since the shutdown and thank you to all of you who have messaged me.
The last few months have been hectic and a struggle for me. We sold our house just before the lockdown and had to sell everything and find temporary accommodations as our move overseas was put on hold.
I was really hopeful that I could offer online classes during the shutdown, however my health took a turn for the worse. I started losing my mobility, had swelling in multiple joints and was in constant pain. In April I was finally diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The journey back to a healthy, pain free me has not been easy, but after months of pain, medication side-effects and swelling, today I feel better and almost normal. I am back to doing my regular yoga practice and am gaining some strength and mobility.
My plan is to put up some yoga classes online in the near future, but I do not have a date or timeline. Right now I'm taking it one day at a time, focusing on my health, and learning how to edit videos so I'll have some nice ones for you :)
In the meantime, I will be subbing at Movati, so keep an eye out here for sub alerts!
