Just released | City of Brampton joins forces with Operation Lifesaver Canada to raise awareness about railway crossing safety
Did you know that trespassing is the leading cause of railway-related fatalities and injuries? If a train approaches and you’re trespassing on a railway bridge, you will be trapped. Bridges are only slightly wider than the rails, leaving little to no room for a person if a train does come along. Trains are quiet, move faster than you think and cannot stop easily once moving.
