Destination Inclusion

Destination Inclusion Walking with, planning, facilitation, consultation for persons with a developmental disability and their support circle.

I am offering person centered planning for persons with a development disability who are looking to make a change, to realize a dream or are otherwise thinking about their future and possibilities.

I have worked in one of the institutions, now closed, as a summer student. Summer 1984. It was an eye opener and the memory has remained with me ever since, shaping my path and vision of what is community and that every person has their place and contribution to it.

People First of Canada is pleased to share this article called “Freeing our people: Updates from the long road to deinstitutionalization.” It was written by our President, Kory Earle, and Natalie Spagnuolo, a friend of People First of Canada.

Canada's adoption of the UN Protocol on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is long overdue.

Canada's adoption of the UN Protocol on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is long overdue.
