You'll reach a comfort zone in your life and start to wonder how you got there, how did you miss the sign posts that directed your real inner truth? Don't feel so guilty, you know when your meant to know and I guess that's the thing they don't teach you; when growing up, pain is inevitable but staying the same is a choice. I love to see life trough my daughter's life. Sometimes we forget to appreciate the small things yet so important. With the busy pace of life we forget about our dreams when we were children, we forget about the fun of things, the spontaneous hug, the excitement to see a new thing, the pleasure of just doing something because it is fun. I have so much to learn from her and keep reminding myself to slow down and smell the roses. Hope you do as well and live life to its fullest.

1 to 2 exercises per muscle group.
At least 3 times a week.
Lift heavy. YES I said heavy but according to your fitness level.
Stick to your cardio after your work out.

To refer to you as “multipurpose” is a vast understatement! A mom faces a delicate balancing act but when you get your S…. Together you just do. Yes, we are not super women(or men) but the fact here is no matter or hard to achieve that balance might look WE GOT TO get things done and we do. On that note, find the balance and leave guilt on the side. Do things for you because at the end what you do for you and makes a happy YOU makes happy to all the people that love you and that live around you...

I have to remind this to myself over and over. It takes work to master but if you practice it will come easier each day. Sometimes you might feel like it is taking forever to take course in one aspect of your life and THAT IS OKAY! Rome was not built in a day. Just keep on going and don't give up :))

If you are just getting started on making a healthier lifestyle your focus keep in mind getting yourself healthy is a marathon not a race! You can start to get healthy today and by a compound effect you will be healthier tomorrow and the days to come if you stick with a health plan. Don’t fret if you slip up and fall back on some bad tendencies. New habits take time to develop and even you might have those bad days “falling of the wagon” it is okay (as long as you do not do it every day of course!)but it is what you do habitually over time that will make the biggest impact on your overall health and wellbeing. Celebrate your little victories and stay positive. Life is about balance learn to live that way :)

It took me time to realize that achieving a fitness goal should not be stablished with a "purpose" ... How is that?! Yes, being healthy, active and staying in a reasonable body shape should be something you aim to maintain for the rest of your life. No thinking on a wedding, or; a trip or; anything that will only get you moving for a short period of time. SET your mind for success by simply following a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis, as if you were to shower, to sleep, to eat, to play with your kids. It is possible!

I am a Mom, I am tired, I have no energy, I have "no time" and no help around the house. I can't fit in my cloths what do I do? Does this sound familiar? HECK YA! I felt it all! I am here for YA! I have been there so I do know what you are going through and I am not going to sugar coat it for you either.

Most of us including myself, did not take care of my weight while I was pregnant, The cookies, the cake, the night snacks, the this and that … Well, you ate it, guess what? Now, you have to WORK IT! To get it out! How do I start … I will give you few points for you to get your bootay moving

It’s perfectly normal to feel uneasy-to-neurotic about the weight gain, though. Listen to your body and your appetite, not the scale. Yes, hide that EVIL LIFE HAPPINESS SUCKER AWAY! Stop weighing yourself and first go by how you feel in front of the mirror. How your cloths fit and then as you go you can bring the scale back (Giiiive it time)
There are a ton of weight management books and believe me I found most of them to be neurosis-aiding, not helping! They mostly going to up you paranoia. That said, sometimes there might be an exception and if it DOES work for you then go ahead and use it!
So the best advice I can give is DO NOT STOP EATING! This is the biggest mistake we all do. You body needs to be feed, that is a natural process to up your metabolism and keep the fat away. If you’re hungry, you’re hungry! But hey! Eat nutritious food not chocolate, processed food, fast food and all that bad food choices. Start to cut the things that bloat you, cut the sugars, drink more water instead of pop, add protein, good fats, veggies to your meals and start to cut on the fruit … Yes fruits all day in and out is not good either! SUGAR MAMA! SUGAR! If the love of your life loves carbs then prepare a healthy version for both of you. Or, even better yet make a healthy dish for yourself. I believe that we all needs support from our family so talk to them and ask them to support...
