Monday Motivation 💪🏻! It has been an honour to coach these 3 beautiful ladies on their journey of health. They sent me this picture after going on a successful family shopping day, look at those smiles! Each of them bought much smaller sizes of clothes losing a combined 160 lbs💥! INCREDIBLE! That is the weight of a whole other person.

This mother, daughter and auntie trio are an example of hard work, regaining their health one bite at a time and they truly are the BEST versions of THEMSELVES! I want to send a huge shout out to this amazing women, Connie Schnitzler! She started with me in January of this year, moving into the Spring challenge losing 26.2 lbs. she set a goal then to run a Half Marathon at 51 years old. She continued with me privately and we concentrated on fuelling her for performance & endurance while maintaining her weight by adding calories and proper nutrition before, during & after her runs.

💥She DID IT!💥

Connie ran 21 km and not just once but she decided to run a second one only 11 days later! 🤩

When you think proper nutrition, what comes to mind? Did you think salads, meat, grains and fruit? The typical food guide recommended foods? That’s how our family ate. Somehow, we still managed to eat more than necessary and as a result gained a few unnecessary pounds.

I have done other programs in the past which has resulted in yo-yo dieting.

It has been an honour to coach the participants in the 6-week Jump into Summer Nutrition Challenge. This group kicked ass and pushed hard with no excuses to the finish line. They were so positive and created the BEST version of THEMSELVES! So proud of this group. Have the most amazing summer full of making memories, laughs, family, friends, and healthy choices. I am on my 3rd year working with Michelle and have lost 50 lbs! I feel amazing, have more energy and feel better at 55 than I did at 40. I am one of the growing number of clients Michelle is working with in the states! We were in Alberta late Oct. 2019 for the first time; visiting our cousins in Wetaskiwin, and Pattie Peterson had been working with Michelle for a number of months. She was down 35 pounds since we'd been together in the summer, and so jazzed and enthusiastic about this program that I thought-maybe this would work for me? Here is a photo of us as she treated me to high tea at Hotel McDonald in Edmonton! Weight has been a struggle for me most of my life. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to join a healthy eating/lifestyle challenge with Michelle back in February. The progress I have made is amazing and I feel so much healthier, mind and body. I set a goal back in February and met that goal by May without feeling deprived. Give yourself the gift of health, make yourself a priority and join a challenge with Michelle!
I started this program on February 2, 2020 and haven’t looked back since. It’s been 5 months of learning how to love my body again by eating healthy and becoming fit with steady exercise. Learning about portions, making delicious and nutritional meals, the importance of water for your body, and daily exercise has brought me to being 62 pounds lighter and 77 inches smaller. Before this I couldn’t walk for too long, let alone run! Now I run 5km on the weekends and walk for an hour or two a day. No more pain in my joints, and my resting heart rate is 57❤️! This is a program I can follow for the rest of my life!!!
