Hangout event for ages 18-25

Are you looking for a place to meet people your age? Somewhere to hang out, board games or cards, make a craft, listen to music, sing or dance????

Between the ages of 18-25? Have a hard time leaving the house, finding friends to hang out with, or just want something to do?

A safe space to gather, chat, do some activities!

Starting Oct 14th @ 7-9pm. Come join us, hang out, we will figure out more dates, more activities and more fun!!! Don’t be shy, come on over to Inner Healing Oasis. FREE, fees will be charged if we do events with costs to them.

After a long week and weekend one of the things I enjoy is a soothing bubble with aroma therapy, some Epsom salts or some kind of spa/bath mixture created by a one of my talented friends that create healing from plants in nature.

What are some ways/things you enjoy to give yourself some self care and love?

The transition is coming along. It will need more cosmetic work but it’s functional and time to start filling it with people and events.

I will be posting dates and what will he happening soon. It will be a mix of things to start small and if it goes well expansion is always possible, but one must start small and see if the interest is there.

Tables need to be brought in to set up when needed, yoga mats, pillows, blankets…. Lights and wifi hooked up.

Ever wanted a place to meet up, hang out with people your age? After 18 there is nothing to do? Well this may be a place you will like to check out.

A place to go and relax, do a craft, take some time to relax the nervous system, calm and breath naturally. A place to come and talk to other women about life and not feel alone, judge, bullied or belittled for who you are, where you came from, what your past may have looked like…. A place to learn, a place to feel held, a place to make friends that you maybe would not have before.

Let’s see what we can bring in and create in this space…. Winter is coming and being alone can make for a very long winter… or even life if that’s the reality you live in.

Playing with crystal Grids this morning.

Feeling my space, listening to what calls as I relax and take some time to think, feel the feelings, move through the struggles.

Office space Reno is coming along. Ran for more supplies today. We will be sorting and stocking, creating the space. Getting ready to open the door for so many different things. Offer a calm and safe space to many to gather for different reasons.

I will be working in Regina today. Yesterday was a day for a little “me” time, after my daughter’s early morning trip to the cardiologist and some 6 month tests. Today as we wait to have an echocardiogram done before we can head home, I work on my business. Mentor calls, computer fixing at PC (always helpful, respectful of my time, and answer all my questions with knowledge and understanding)

Yesterday I had a little visit with the owner of the shop I love to visit and support. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, shares her experiences and offers advice for me to use “if I wish”. I feel her frequency and love her intensions, I wish I could make it down more for her events. I grabbed some learning tools to guide me through some new events that will be coming soon. Got some price ideas, set up for supplies and grabbed a couple crystals from the wish list as I find my own ways and callings for healing, and supporting others to heal as well.

Sorry everyone, this event will be cancelled for now and will try again in the spring.

Would anyone be interested in a later afternoon 2 hour session making a junk journal followed by an hour of fireside yoga ish yoga session?
Date to be determined the second week of Oct.
cost would be $60 a person, all supplies included unless you wanted to bring something special for your book, and a blanket or yoga mat. Let me know by Friday Sept 25th so I can get the ladies booked in as they will be coming from Vonda to host the events at Inner healing Oasis! I would need a minimum of 10 max of 15 to host this event.

While D and I were out dealing with the horse to move her I did some massage and energy work on her. We didn’t get video but maybe next time …. Watching her shiver, put her head down, close her eyes and see tears run from her eyes made D tear up too. Then Willow decided to join in and climb the tree beside me to get on her back. She came out of no where when the horse started to release. ❤️
