🙏This show wasn’t just about stepping on stage — it was about pulling myself out of one of the hardest years of my life and proving that I could rise again. There were days I felt empty, overwhelmed, and unsure if I had anything left in me. But God stayed close. The strength, the little nudges to keep going, the moments of peace right when I needed them… I’m grateful for every single one.

To my coach — thank you for believing in me even when I was struggling to believe in myself. Your guidance, patience, and support shaped me far beyond the stage.

To my mom — your love has been my backbone. Thank you for showing up for me in the most important ways and reminding me who I am when I forget.

To my friends and family, especially my children — thank you for cheering for me, checking on me, lifting me up, and reminding me that I’m stronger than the challenges I’ve faced. Your support means more than words will ever cover.

This wasn’t just a competition for me. It was healing. It was rebuilding. It was proof that with faith, support, and perseverance, you can find your way through anything.

🙏🙏🙏🙏 I’ve been MIA the past 10 months. My entire world collapsed and I fell into a deep depression. I thought I already hit rock bottom but this was much, much worse. A combination of grief, perimenopause and depression sent my spiraling. I felt zero safety in any areas of my life and I was terrified for mine and my children’s future. I lived off tea for 3 weeks. I started asking myself different questions- Instead of why me I started asking “what is this trying to teach me”. I turned once again to neurofeedback and the gym to pull myself out of hell. I decided to train for another bodybuilding competition. With my state of mind it was either the worst decision ever or the best. BEST thing I ever decided to do. I’ve learned the lessons I was meant to learn and once again I’m grateful for the pain 🙏. I’m rebuilding from scratch but becoming the best version of muse and will never abandon myself again. Thank you for the support from very special people, especially my coach. I thank god everyday I’m healthy enough to do this. Let’s go💪💪💪💪💪💪💪. Next Friday I step onstage 💚💚

🥺”I Didn’t Realize How Much I Was Just Surviving”

🧠🫥. Brain Fog: Brain fog can be caused by various factors, including: Lack of sleep or poor sleep quality. Stress and anxiety. Nutritional deficiencies, such as vitamin B12 or iron deficiency.
