🤍 WHY I LOVE THESE FOR LITTLE ONES
🍌 Banana: Natural sweetness plus carbohydrates for energy.
🥒 Zucchini: An easy way to add a vegetable and provide fibre and micronutrients.
🌾 Oats + whole wheat flour: Provide whole grains and fibre to support a balanced snack.
🌱 Ground flaxseed: Provides fibre, healthy unsaturated fats and ALA omega-3 fatty acids. Ground flax is preferable to whole flax because it’s easier to digest and absorb.
🥚🥛 Egg + Greek yogurt: Add protein and other important nutrients to help make these muffins more satisfying.
A simple way to pack carbs, protein, fibre and healthy fats into one little muffin. 🙌
