Fitness has only made us happier, more fun, more resilient people.
I love looking back at how far we've come - because it's so much more than just the weight loss for me (although that did change my life)
It's seeing how much more we glow now.
12 years ago or so Ty was 40lbs underweight and I was some amount over. I couldn't even tell you how much - I was so mad at myself I was terrified to step on the scale. I didn't realize how much my sedentary lifestyle was taking away from me, making me feel sad, emotional, and completely out of control in my life.
It wasn't so much about the weight, but the consequences of the lifestyle we'd been living - no plan, no energy, no fun.
I wasn't familiar with the gym, I had never been in one until I turned sixteen. But as a former-skinny kid who haf just packed on a bunch of lbs at the detriment to my health and happiness, I knew something had to change. I wanted to be better for me, and for him.
Looking back now I'm emotional thinking about how much it's all been worth it. Every time I didn't quit when it would have been SO much easier to dive head first into a Deep'N'Delicious or throw my training shoes right in the trash.
This was a thirteen year transformation - and while it wasn't perfectly linear, it was incredibly consistent and completely changed my life.
I'm happy, I have endless energy to share with my loved ones and my body is no longer fighting me every single day with exhaustion, nausea, bloating and headaches.
I'm thrilled to be able to help other men and women find the same life-changing results (much faster, I can't tell you how much time I wasted in the early days) sustainably & in a way you'll be able to enjoy for years to come.
Because Yo-yos are for children and people in the 1960s. 😉
Tune in tomorrow morning for some exciting news & a crazy personal training giveaway! 🎉
And happy anniversary Tyler!!!! 💕🤜🤛
