RMC Adult Swim Classes start next week, Tuesday, Sept 7!
There's still time to join and there's a class for everyone.
Triathlon Intro Swim30 is offered on Tuesday evenings from 8:15-8:45pm.
A great way to "get your feet wet" for those interested in trying triathlon but may be a little hesitant about the swim portion. Coach: Patrick Ash
Improvement Swim45 is a perfect option for both those that have taken a break from swimming due to the "unusual" events over the past year+ and for those wanting to improve their technique.
Offered Sunday mornings 8:30-9:15 with Coach Patrick Ash
Performance Swim 60 or 90 is designed to improve technique and endurance over 60 or 90 minute classes. Offered Sunday morning (90 mins) and Tuesday evenings (60 mins) with Coach Patrick Ash and on Thursday evenings (60 mins) with SwimCoach Jason.
Please note that RMC members will be required to comply with all COVID-19 health and safety regulations that come into effect, including the City of Regina's new requirements for wearing masks within the Facility and for Vaccine passports or proof of negative COVID-19 test results.
