Laurel IET Master Instructor Connecting souls thru energy healing. I grew up on a farm in rural SE sask. Middle child only girl. Dysfunctional Christian family. In truth that’s all we have.

I remember praying hard as a child. Always knowing there was a creator, a higher power I’ve lived by faith my whole life. I have 2 amazing sons who have been with me thru grief, trauma, change, and divorce. Let’s say my forties was filled with many lessons for growth and expanding. In 2012 I hit my lowest of lows and starting seeking alternative therapies. I stopped drinking and started praying from my heart. Being guided and humbly led to be more. Over the next few years I expanded with courses and learning. Firstly becoming a Integrated energy therapy master instructor, And adding more modalities and skills along the way. Such as Access Bars, making my own healing drums to lead drumming circles, added crystal sound therapy, attuned Reiki Master, certified Death Doula and laughter leader to name a few. I had a 16 year career in recreation providing programming for a community of 10,000 people which allowed me to explore and share at a great level. My life experiences have brought me to where I am today and I am grateful for every single step along the way even the most painful. I’ve realized we all continue to learn from each other and it’s so important to share. Without my healing community I would not be able to be here to share With you. I love helping others. Building connections. That’s my purpose. I am honoured you are here. I love being outside. In nature. With my puppy, my partner my favourite people doing things. Living life to the fullest. 💜✨ Laurel’s Sunday Reflection

Sometimes we get so caught up in everything we have to do that we forget to check in with ourselves.

We take care of our families, our homes, our work, and everyone around us. But when was the last time you stopped and asked yourself, “What do I need?”

I used to take an Epson salt bath and smudge the house weekly. I am grateful to have been reminded to activate this practice again. It’s the little things.

I think we sometimes forget that we’re allowed to slow down, change our minds, let go of things that no longer fit, and choose a different path. We don’t have to keep doing things the way we’ve always done them.

Growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about making room for more peace, more joy, and more of what feels right for us. 🌿

☀️ Your Sunday Self-Care Moment

Take a slow, deep breath. Relax your shoulders and give yourself a moment of quiet.

Ask yourself:

✨ What am I holding onto that I’m ready to release?

✨ What else is possible if I give myself permission to choose differently?

You don’t need to have all the answers today. Just give yourself the space to ask the questions. 🤍

Let me reintroduce myself…

I’m just a country girl who found her way back home. A mom to two grown Men, a proud Grammy to a beautiful little girl, and someone who feels most like herself surrounded by nature and animals.

For almost 25 years, I’ve been bringing people together through workshops and meaningful experiences, while also supporting others on their healing journeys through energy work.

You never stop healing, learning, growing, and finding your way. I can say this is the most peace and settled I’ve ever felt. 💜

This work isn’t new. It’s been part of my life for over a decade. What’s new is this chapter, back home on the farm, continuing to do what I love.

Whether you’ve been here for years or you’re new to my page, I’m glad you’re here.💜

No filters. No pretending to have it all figured out. Just me, walking my path and holding space for others as they walk theirs.

As I sit back and reflect on this past week, I’m reminded how important it is to slow down, give ourselves a little grace, and appreciate how far we’ve come. Healing and growth aren’t always easy, and I know how important it is to make space for ourselves along the way.

I’m so grateful to connect with so many beautiful souls here. Whether you’ve been following me for a while or you’re just discovering my page, there’s a place for you here. 💕

Through Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and Access Bars, I love helping people create space to let go of what they’ve been carrying and open themselves up to more peace, ease, and possibilities.
