❤️✨ CREATE YOUR SPACE | GIRLS RETREAT ✨❤️
Some days are simply too beautiful for words. Today was one of those days.
Today, we gathered at the Sacred Dream Lodge of Misty Ridge Retreat B&B for a beautiful day of connection, exploration, and self-discovery.
We breathed, meditated, journaled, explored nature, and bathed in sound. We created custom flower essence sprays, danced, laughed, cried, and learned how to feel, understand, and anchor our energy. We released what we were ready to let go of through a burning ceremony and closed our day in a beautiful energy circle.
And somewhere in between it all, magic happened. ✨
Watching girls show up, open up, try something new, explore their emotions, and learn tools to help them navigate life's ups and downs is something truly special.
When girls learn that their feelings are welcome, that they can hold space for one another, and that they have the power to reconnect with themselves and shift their energy, seeds are planted.
Seeds of self-love. Confidence. Resilience. Connection. Belonging.
Seeds that will continue to grow long after today.
My heart is beyond full.
To the families who trusted us with your precious humans, thank you.
To the girls who courageously said yes to something new, thank you for your openness, your laughter, your tears, and the beautiful energy you brought into our circle.
And to the land that held us so gently today, thank you for giving us such a sacred space to connect, explore, release, and grow.
Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give our girls is the space to feel, the freedom to explore, and the reminder that they are worthy of love exactly as they are.
Today was a beautiful reminder of just how powerful that space can be. 🤍
