I felt deeply honoured to hold space for several of these beautiful energetic cord cut release. 🤍

There is something so powerful about consciously letting go of what we have outgrown old attachments, patterns, relationships, beliefs, and energies that no longer feel aligned.

Last night was a gentle reminder that sometimes healing isn’t about becoming someone new…or changing anything about our selves …
it’s about releasing what we no longer need to carry.

This ritual creates a sacred pause to acknowledge, release, and make space for what comes next.

A gentle letting go.
A deeper return to self.
A new beginning. ✨

Thank you for trusting me to witness and hold space for this sacred moment of release 🙏🏻 ✨
