Big claim for a sign in the woods. 😂👀 But adding a little fibre to something you already eat? That’s a pretty good place to start.

Bloom Boost blends six whole-food ingredients into an easy add-in for oats, yogurt, smoothies and more. Each 3 tbsp serving has 6 g of fibre. Start with a little and build up.

The joys of being dietitians who own a nutrition product company 😂.

Our marketing department and our fact-checking department are unfortunately the same two people.

Could we make Bloom Boost sound more miraculous? Absolutely. (FYI It is pretty miraculous.) Unfortunately, “miraculous” isn’t an approved health claim. 👀😂

These are totally *extra*, but I couldn’t help laughing. Forget the ugly footstool—keep these diva shoes in your bathroom for a very glamorous p**p 😂 Let Loose®

Kids need fibre, too. It helps keep them regular and supports the healthy bacteria in their gut.

And it doesn’t have to mean making a separate “healthy” thing just for them. Bloom Boost can go into foods the family already enjoys, like this smoothie.

Our tiniest taste tester approved this one! 💚

What actually matters for a healthy gut?

This Thursday, we’re sitting down with gut microbiome scientist Dr. Natasha Haskey to ask her the questions that come up constantly:

How do you know if your microbiome is healthy?
Is microbiome testing actually useful?
Do you need to take a probiotic every day?
Are there certain ingredients or additives we should avoid?
And what should you do when beans or other fibre-rich foods don’t agree with you?

We’ll also talk about fermented foods, the role of fibre, and why feeding your gut a variety of fibres matters.

Join us live on Instagram Thursday, October 22 at 6 PM CST. We’ll save the conversation if you can’t make it live.

Have a gut-health question for Natasha? Leave it below and we may add it to our list!

The brief was to make a Halloween post. The bag got a hat, then a broom. We’re not entirely sure how it got here, but it does have 6 g of fibre per 3 Tbsp serving. 🧹👀

My coffee habit is very well established 😂 So I’m putting it to work as a reminder to get my fibre in.

There’s science behind this: research shows that repeating a behaviour in the same context helps it become more automatic over time. That’s the idea behind habit stacking: using something you already do as the cue for a new habit.

For me, it’s brewing coffee → drinking my Bloom Boost → enjoying that first sip ☕ A familiar routine makes it easier to stay consistent.

What would you pair your Bloom Boost with?

Same Bloom Boost, same amount of water, 10 minutes apart. 👀

The thicker texture is what happens as water-holding fibres like psyllium, chia and flax hydrate. Those fibres can also hold water as they move through your digestive tract, helping support softer, bulkier stools.

And you can choose the texture you prefer: drink it soon after mixing for a thinner consistency, or let it sit if you like it thicker. Just give it another stir before drinking—Bloom Boost doesn’t dissolve completely.

Are you team drink-it-right-away or team let-it-sit?
